VEGA Rules and Policies
Welcome to Vancouver Elite Gymnastics Academy. In order to serve our families and athletes in the best way, we require observation of the following rules and policies—designed with service and safety in mind.
Payments & Registration
1. Recreational classes operate on four-week sessions. Please review the schedule of sessions, available in the office. Tuition is due by the first class of each session.
2. Payment method is through debit/credit card automated deduction. Please check with the office to engage the authorization process. Checks are discouraged, but accepted with a $5 surcharge per check. Checks for tuition and other fees should be made out to VEGA.
3. Signing up your child for recreational gymnastics classes is a yearly commitment. Athletes are automatically rolled into the next session. Input of Credit Card Information signifies acceptance of the acceptance of our drop policy. If you are NOT planning on continuing, you must provide written or email notice by the 15th of the month prior to the upcoming session to drop a class and to discontinue autopay (form available on bulletin board outside the office), or the next session’s training fees will apply.
4. A $35 non-refundable annual registration fee is required for each athlete, due at enrollment. Families with two enrolled athletes: $63. Families with three or more enrolled athletes: $84. Annual fees will be run with autopay on the anniversary of enrollment each year.
5. All fees are non-refundable. $35 fee for NSF returned checks.
6. Session fees are prorated only for new members joining mid-session.
7. In case of absence, one make-up class per session is offered as a courtesy to our athletes and families. Make-up classes are provided on the 4th Saturday of each session. It is the responsibility of the athlete to sign up for a make-up class. (Make-up classes missed may not be made-up.)
