VEGA Introduces a New Way To Reshape Your Body into an Amazing, Better You!
Hello everyone, my name is Alex McMillan, and I am the new Director of Fitness at VEGA. I am very pleased to make a couple of announcements that are sure to influence the wonderful atmosphere and culture that is VEGA, and move it to a new level—in fact an amazing level. The first ever Amazing Body Boot Camp launched in February right here at VEGA with myself and our newest member to the team, Nationally Certified Trainer and Fitness Results Coach, Micah Crowson.
What is Amazing Body Boot Camp?
Amazing Body Boot Camp is a highly effective fitness program that I created after many years of research—thousands of hours helping clients just like you get amazing results—and from my experience as an award-winning fitness studio owner and international fitness business consultant working with fitness program after fitness program. I’ve done the homework, found the elements that really work, and put them all into this one program—and now it’s right here at VEGA.

What are the times, and how long are the sessions?
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6am
Amazing Body Boot Camp has been designed to give you everything you need from a workout in just 45 to 60 minutes.
Typically, session length is 45 minutes, though there may be bonus training, circuits and coaching for the last 15 minutes for those clients that want to take things to the next level.
What does it cost?
The great thing about Amazing Body Boot Camp is that it’s affordable at a fraction of typical personal training rates. ABBC is only $36.75 per week for unlimited training sessions with a Nationally Certified Fitness Results Coach. Members can attend 3 results-based body firming sessions each week for less than the price of eating a dinner out (less unwanted fat calories, too). Where will these sessions be taught?
All of the training sessions will utilize all of the VEGA main gym and sometimes even outside—weather permitting.
