Open Gym Fun

Now you can enjoy the fun of Open Gym every Monday and Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 pm in Camas or Brand NEW Tuesdays from 11am-noon at VEGA North in Vancouver.

Moms- Join us in Empower Hour while your kids play. This is a great opportunity for you to workout with a great group of moms and professional instructors. Come dressed for exercise!

VEGA's fantastic coaches will supervise while your athletes jump, twirl, bounce, spin and tumble til they can do no more. Parents please feel free to supervise your kids in the gym- they love to show you what they can do!

Every Friday from 7-8:30pm. Ages 5-18yrs. Drop the kids off or stay and watch the fun. Jump in the foam pits, jump on one of three trampolines, or try your skills out on any of the gym equipment. $8 per athlete
